Why Sabrina started practicing and became an Instructor: My mom started sharing her Kunndalini practice with me as a child and it wasn’t long after that I knew that this would be something I’d be doing my whole life. After my first class at the hot studio, that feeling shifted into “this will be something I one day teach and share with others my whole life.” Well here we are, a 200 hr certified yoga teacher, soon to be 500 RYT at the end of fall 2022

About Sabrina: I'm an East Moriches chica, born and raised. Outside of yoga, I’m a Marine Researcher, professional scuba diver and scuba instructor.

What inspires Sabrina off the mat: My love of Mother Earth, connection to the breath and freedom of movement is something that is interwoven in all that I do.

A note from Sabrina: Yoga to me is a transformational journey of self love, exploration and surrender linked with bodily awareness and breath. I am so excited to share the blessings of this practice with the Doza community.
