Join us at Doza Yoga for our Prenatal Yoga classes. This class is a beautiful way to build community and practice amongst those going through pregnancy and everything that surrounds it. Pregnancy is a unique journey - developing or continuing a yoga practice throughout is incredibly beneficial in preparing the mind and body for all of the changes in all phases, through labor, and even in the fourth trimester (postpartum). This class is accessible to all levels of practitioner, modifications and variations will be given so that through every stage you will be able to participate. Find peace, hone in on your breath, chat with others, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on all that is pregnancy!
This class is also available for anyone interested in prenatal yoga, in planning phases, looking for a gentler class, partners of pregnant person, etc.
