Arm Balance Workshop

Learn to turn upside-down and float with Audreyrose as she leads us through this 2 hour arm balance workshop. She will be guiding class through a sequence that will warm, strengthen, and lengthen the body to reach an idyllic place for bringing strength into the arms to create balance. Each shape will be broken down into optional progressive steps so there will be opportunity provided for every experience level.
