Pelvic Floor Pilates
Activate the floor of your core! Join Leisa for a gentle Pilates class aimed to engage Pilates class aimed to engage this deep group of hammock-like muscles with new awareness and intention. Through an exploration of breath, stabilization and appropriate range of motion, we will slow down to realign the pelvis in relation to the spine and lower extremities, and correct pelvic weakness and imbalances. Pros? A strong pelvic floor can improve conditions like urinary incontinence, treat pelvic organ prolapse, and make sex better, too!
