To be in her wildness and remind ourselves of the power we all hold deep within. Can we bring that wildness and freedom into the way we move our bodies. Connecting first with a flow followed by a flower crown meditation where we will weave intentional goddess flower crowns together. And a ritual on intention setting to seal the practice.
